We understand that plans can change, and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible. Because BeautyAsDesired reserves dedicated time specifically for each client and often turns away other bookings to hold that space, the following cancellation and lateness policy is strictly enforced: • All appointments require a non-refundable reservation retainer to secure your booking. • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the reservation retainer. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 65% cancellation fee of the reserved service total. • Same-day cancellations, failure to cancel, or no-shows will result in 100% of the reserved service amount being charged. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show and charged the full service amount. Arrival delays may also result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. • Bridal and large-party bookings are subject to separate contractual cancellation terms due to staffing and scheduling commitments. By booking with BeautyAsDesired, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These measures allow us to fairly compensate our artists for reserved time, preparation, travel, and the inability to refill appointments on short notice. To reduce cancellations even further, you may also want to add this stronger psychological reinforcement line near the booking button or contract signature area: “Please book only when you are confident in your availability, as BeautyAsDesired reserves artist time exclusively for you and often declines other clients once your appointment is confirmed.”
